If you determine that HeartBridge is a good fit for your needs, we'll provide you a basic roadmap for how we integrate into your school
We'll send you a contract that outlines everything we've talked about
Once you've signed the contract we'll begin the process of getting your school integrated

INTEGRATE THE PLAN
Using the information provided during our calls, we'll begin integrating and training how to use our support systems
